We take pride in the high quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every order is created with care, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
What We Will Do
Once we verify the issue on essential products, we will:
• Send you a replacement item free of charge, or Offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
We may not ask you to return the item unless otherwise necessary.
Order Issues and Product Concerns
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item:
• The product is damaged or defective
• There is a significant issue with personalization (e.g. missing or incorrect name)
• You received the wrong item
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email magicfingertips1110@gmil.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the problem
• A short explanation of the issue
About Personalized Products
All personalized details are printed exactly as provided by the customer.
Please carefully double-check:
• Spelling, punctuation, and capital letters
• The layout of names and text
• The clarity and quality of uploaded photos (recommended: 200–300 dpi)
We are unable to:
• Correct spelling or grammar mistakes submitted in your order
• Retouch, enhance, or edit photos
• Make layout changes beyond basic cropping and alignment
Our design team may adjust the position or scale of personalization text for optimal presentation.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns for change of mind on all personalized items. However, if there is an issue related to production or shipping, we are committed to resolving it promptly.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement or refund.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure all submitted information is correct and formatted as desired, in alignment with the chosen sample design.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
At times, certain products may become unavailable even after your order has been placed. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we may:
• Offer a refund for the out-of-stock item
• Hold the order until all items are available (we do not part-ship orders)
• Offer a substitute of equal value
We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any product from sale without notice. All applicable refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
